JMA was founded in 2013 by National Engineering Research Center for Magnesium Alloys of Chongqing University and Chinese Materials Research Society(C-MRS). Prof. Fusheng Pan from Chongqing University serves as editor-in-chief. JMA has received strong support from Chongqing University, China Association for Science and Technology, famous Mg centers and KeAi publishing company since its establishment. The academic quality and influence of the journal continue to increase.
JMA provides an international medium to publish the theoretical and experimental studies on magnesium materials. JMA covers all aspects of magnesium, magnesium alloys, and their products. JMA aims to establish a global communication platform for magnesium and magnesium alloys and promote the research and development of magnesium materials in the world.
